I'm joining Move In May to support kids in need.

Inspired by the work of Variety - the Children's Charity NSW/ACT, I've decided to support them by raising money as part of my participation in Variety's Move In May.

Hyrox 2026

Monday 18th May
My Move in May challenge will be to complete Hyrox in July. My strategy is to underprepare then panic, pull a hamstring and regret not starting my training earlier. What could go wrong!
