Terms and Conditions

Move In May (Moveinmay.org.au and our event site fundraise.varietynswact.org.au/event/move-in-may) is a fundraising initiative owned and operated by Variety – the Children’s Charity NSW/ACT (Variety NSW/ACT). ABN: 99 003 388 180. 

Move In May Challenge: 

1. The challenge starts on 1 May 2026 and ends on 31 May 2026. 
2. Participants must register at www.moveinmay.org.au to take part. 
3. All donations are non-refundable once receipted. 
4. Any additional fundraising activity must be completed by 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 30 June 2026, and funds raised as part of the campaign must be banked before this date. The Move In May fundraising pages will remain open until 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 30 June 2026. 
5. While participating in this challenge may have health benefits, Move In May provides no warranty whatsoever that this challenge will achieve an individual's health goals. The challenge has not been developed with any individual's particular health requirements in consideration. 
6. Do not rely on the information provided in relation to the Move In May challenge as an alternative to medical advice from a doctor or other professional healthcare provider. If participants have any specific health or medical concerns, they should consult with their medical or healthcare provider, prior to changing their diet, nutrition, or exercise regimen.
