2026 Variety 4WD Adventure - Funds Raised and Provisions Fee Options

The 2026 Variety 4WD Adventure has been postponed to 2028, with new dates to be confirmed.

This form allows you to advise your preferred options for Provisions Fees paid and funds raised for the 2026 event.

We understand this change may impact your plans and thank you for your understanding and continued support of the 4WD Adventure community. This decision was made to protect the safety, integrity and overall experience of the event.

Provisions Fee

For paid Provisions Fees please confirm your prefences below.
You can choose from the following options:
  1. Convert to a donation. If you are willing and have the financial capacity to do so, you may choose to convert your Provisions Fee into a donation. This can be allocated to another Variety motoring event you are participating in before 30th September 2026, or as a general donation to Variety. A tax-deductible receipt will be issued.
  2. Roll over to a future event. You may transfer your Provisions Fee to the 2027 Variety 4WD Adventure, or to another Variety motoring event you are participating in before 30th September 2026.
  3. Full refund. If preferred, your Provisions Fee can be refunded in full. Please allow 2-3 weeks for this refund to be processed and returned to you.

  1. Allocate the amount to another Variety motoring event you are participating in before 30th September 2026, or 
  2. Allocate the amount towards your fundraising total for the 2027 4WD Adventure
