Richards Variety charity bash

I'm going on the Variety Postie Bike Dash to give kids in need a fair go! 

I have been involved in volunteering over many years. Firstly, through Apex then with Medowie Lions for over thirty years. The last few years I have also been helping with Raymond Terrace and Lower Hunter Riding for the Disabled.

This year I am doing the Variety Postie Bike Dash to raise much needed funds for Variety Children's Charity.

The Dash is a six-day charity ride through NSW (This year parts of Vic as well), stopping at rural towns and schools along the way to grant resources to small Schools and kids who are disadvantaged, disabled or have special needs.

Inspired by the work of Variety - the Children's Charity NSW/ACT I wanted to support them by raising money as part of our participation in the Dash. 

Variety-the Children Charity is dedicated to supporting children and families who are facing many challengers through sickness, disadvantage or living with a disability.  Funds to help these in need are raised throughout the year by conducting high-profile events such as the annual Variety Postie Bike Dash.  A requirement of entry is each entrant must raise a minimum of $2500.

I've created this page to make it easy for people to help us do exactly that. Please give whatever you can to this important cause. Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
