She’s bold. She’s colourful. She’s completely electric. And she’s about to do something that has never been done before — become the first fully electric vehicle EVER to enter a Variety Bash.
And trust us, there is so much more we want to tell you about her.
Over the coming days, we’ll introduce you properly. We’ll tell you more about Evie, what makes her so special, the incredible people who have helped make this possible, and exactly how we plan to take an EV on a six-day Variety Bash adventure.

More Than an Adventure. A Purpose.

In 2026, we’re heading from Bella Vista to Bathurst as part of the Variety Backyard Bash.
On paper, it’s six days of adventure, new places, plenty of laughs and undoubtedly a few unexpected moments along the way.
But for us, this journey is about something much bigger than the road ahead.
It’s about using this incredible adventure as an opportunity to make a difference for children who are sick, experiencing disadvantage, or living with disability.
Why we’re doing this
Like so many people, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive.
The right piece of equipment, access to support, an experience that creates confidence, or simply the opportunity to participate can have an enormous impact on a child and their family.
That’s why we’re taking on the 2026 Variety Backyard Bash and raising funds for Variety – the Children’s Charity.
Every donation to our fundraising journey helps contribute to the work Variety does to support children and families—and knowing that our adventure can play even a small part in creating those opportunities makes every kilometre worthwhile.
But this year, we wanted to do something more.
We have something special planned…
Behind the scenes, we’ve been working on an idea.
A slightly crazy idea.
A big idea.
And something that, as far as we know, has never been done at the Variety Backyard Bash before.
We’re not quite ready to share exactly what it is yet—and we promise we’re not just being difficult! There are still a few pieces that need to fall into place before we can finally lift the curtain.
What we can say is that we saw an opportunity to use a bigger platform, create a little more excitement and, hopefully, turn that attention into something that genuinely helps kids.
Because ultimately, the big reveal isn’t really about us.
It’s about finding a new way to get people talking, sharing, following our journey and—most importantly—supporting a cause that means so much.
