Teams can consist of 1-10 participants. Keep in mind you need to keep the pedals spinning for 3-5 hours - so work out your best tactic and fill your team accordingly!

Do you take payments other than credit card?

add remove

Absolutely! We accommodate bank transfers and invoices as well as credit cards. Reach out to our Events Team at events@varietynsw.org.au and we can chat about what payment method works best for you.

How will my team’s kilometres be tracked?

add remove

The competition kicks off at the stated start time - sharp! Every hour, on the hour, a Variety volunteer will check and record your kilometres to track your team’s progress. We’ll announce the scores each hour, so keep those legs moving! It’s a long day so pace yourselves and bring the energy, because it’s not over ‘til it’s over!

You sure can! We’re on the look out for passionate organisations to host their very own Spin 4 Kids. Send us an email at events@varietynsw.org.au to get in touch.

Do I have to meet a minimum fundraising target?

While we don’t have a minimum fundraising target, we encourage all teams to set their own fundraising goal for the event. Here are some key figures to keep in mind:

  • $500 = one class of students attending our Just Like You disability inclusion program,
  • $2,000 = enables one child living with disability receiving specialised therapy programs,
  • $8,000 = 12 children gaining access to paediatricians and life-changing diagnoses in remote areas,
