You're making an impact for kids in need

In 2023, the Variety B to B Bash travelled 6,000km from Bathurst to Batavia Coast. Over 200 participants joined us as we travelled through 21 regional towns in our colourful Bash cars.

Thanks to the incredible fundraising efforts of our Bashers, we were able to raise an astounding $1.58 million to help kids in need!

The Bashers had the opportunity to grant $80,000 of equipment and resources to nine regional schools along the route.

How did we make a difference

The main objective of the Variety B to B Bash is to raise funds for kids who are sick, experiencing disadvantage or living with a disability. The event also injects valuable tourism dollars into the small communities we visit, through the purchasing of meals and overnight accommodation. The Variety B to B Bash has an enormous impact on kids in need.

How we support kids and communities in need

A highlight of our 2023 adventure was visiting the Leonora District High School, on the lands of the on Wangkatja people. There we granted over $8,000 for a Class VR equipment, which will make an invaluable difference to the students' learning experience!

“This technology will provide students with a wide variety of educational opportunities. The children are going to be able to learn about a country by actually visiting the place . . . with the goggles on.”

 – Margaret Butterwood
School Principal, Leonora District High School
