Register a Team

Gather your colleagues, mates or family and register a team to join a high energy, five hour spin class where you're pedalling for a purpose. Maximum team members is 10 per team.

Fundraise

Spread the word! Get your fundraising started (and keep it going). We have heaps of resources to help you with this important step. The more money we raise, the greater the impact for kids doing it tough in NSW/ACT.

Get On Ya Bike

Show up on 4 April 2025 at Fort Scratchley and jump on your bike. See if you can put your training to the test to take home the trophy for our Kings and Queens of Spin.

Why Variety – the Children's Charity?

Variety NSW/ACT supports children who are sick, experiencing disadvantage or living with a disability.

With your support, we can provide children with vital opportunities for improved mobility, greater freedom and active community engagement through a diverse range of grants, programs and events.

How Will My Fundraising Support Kids in Need?

Variety - the Children's Charity NSW/ACT supports kids in a number of different ways. Depending on your fundraising target, here are some examples of how your fundraising could help kids across Australia:

$500

For one class of students to attend our Just Like You disability inclusion program.

$2,000

Enables one child living with disability to receive specialised therapy programs.

$8,000

12 children gaining access to paediatricians in remote areas making life-saving diagnoses.

Hear From Our Spinners

"This is our 3rd year and every year I say Spin 4 Kids is a great team day. It combines health, wellness and fitness. And it's an opportunity for me and my team to stop and help kids in need."

Matt from KPMG

"The Lendlease team had a blast and will definitely be back next year - hopefully with another team! It was great to get the team together for a really fun day, meet some like-minded people and work hard as a team towards a really worthwhile cause."

The competition begins at 10am sharp. Each hour that follows (on the hour) a Variety volunteer will come around and take a measure of your kilometres to track your team’s progress. A running total will be announced each hour – but don’t forget, it’s a long day! It’s not over ‘til it’s over.
