The Variety Mini Postie Bike Dash is back in 2025!

Want a bite sized version of a Variety Postie Bike Dash? Our Mini Dash is the perfect opportunity for new and experienced Dashers to get a taste of the action.

Where are we going?

The 2025 Variety Mini Postie Bike Dash is a fun 2 day event like no other. Our route is designed to experience the forests of the mid north coast areas.

Day 1: We depart Tea Gardens after breakfast, take the Bombah Point ferry to cross the broadwater then head west through the forests near Bulahdelah and Krambach into Wingham for a break for lunch. We'll continue north for more forest trails and windy hillside tracks before the land opens up near Comboyne and a cruisey easterly route through Kendall, Kew and into Laurieton for the night.

Day 2: Enjoy a short run down the sandy Diamond Head Rd before turning west to skirt around Taree and back into the amazing forests of the mid north coast. Enjoy a range of windy trails to challenge your skills before arriving in Bulahdelah for lunch. A quick cruise back to the Bombah Point ferry and an early afternoon finish back in Tea Gardens.

What's the plan?

Hear from our Dashers

"I joined the Postie Dash in 2021 not knowing anyone. Within a few days, I had made dozens of new mates – one of whom has become one of my closest friends! The Mini Dash is a great way to see what the Dash is all about – from the roads we ride on, the back up support provided, and the amazing camaraderie felt throughout the Dash community. It’s a fabulous taster for the big event taking place each November."

Tammy

"The Variety Mini Dash was a great way to see how Variety runs their motoring events and provide reassurance of the wide range of support available on the Postie Bike Dash. It gave me the confidence that I’d have a ball on the weeklong main event and allowed me to meet many of the support staff and fellow riders. Since joining the Dash community, I’ve used the Mini Dash to bring friends along for a weekend ride to convince them spending a week away on their postie bikes for a good cause is a fulfilling and thoroughly enjoyable experience!"
